Ok has anyone ever actually thought that a pre-recorded video interview went well? I always get so nervous and you can hear it in my voice - is this normal and can I still progress to the next stage

You’ll get a link the morning of your interview - I did for the winter scheme

You can do it anytime as long as it’s the same day as your interview.

Hey I’ve heard they let you do the written exercise at any time on the same day as your interview, after you have finished the interview.

Am I likely to be asked the question ‘where should we open our next office’ by a firm with 46 offices? They seem to have offices everywhere so I don’t know how to answer it :/

You might.

You can have multiple offices within one jurisdiction/country though. Think about the following:

Are there new markets developing?
Is there a growth of one industry that is particularly in geographical hotspots?
Have there been regional political changes that might mean the firm benefits from a presence there (eg redevelopment work in a region, tax incentives to have an office based there)?
Have political systems changed recently making it more financially sound to now have presence in that location?

Hello, I am preparing for assessment centres and I was wondering if someone would be interested in doing a peer to peer case study exercise with me? I was thinking someone could play the interviewer and the other one the candidate and we would prepare a case study and then switch roles. I think it would be a great simulation exercise and we could learn from each other. If anyone is interested please feel free to send me a message!

same!! I registered ages ago and haven't heard back

from past experiences, I've heard they tend to give the places out quite late. Eg if you're waiting on a spring vac scheme, they'll let you know a couple of weeks beforehand. If they're taking their time, don't worry! But if it gets to 1week ish before the VS, get in touch with AS!

The written exercise is after you pass the first round of interviews so don't worry about having to do anything ahead of your interview. Best of luck!
