Hey Guest, do you have a question for graduate recruitment? Gemma Baker from Willkie is live to answer your questions!
I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't stick with that deadline. The application closing date was the 15th of April, so I'd be shocked if they managed to sift through roughly 500 applications between those two dates!
Name?Saw a boutique firm that has their apps open and their client base looks exactly like what I am interested in. The thing is I can't find them really anywhere online not on the Legal 500, or Chambers. They are very small and discreet but also they say they've acted for members of the aristocracy. Is something fishy here?
Not necessarily - firms have to pay to be listed in these publications and smaller firms may not have the resource or reason to do so.Saw a boutique firm that has their apps open and their client base looks exactly like what I am interested in. Same especially since they sent invites yesterday. Just wish they would email unsuccessful applicants for purposes of closure.I fear a rejection by Kingsley Napley going by their application process timeline :/
I just got mine after getting my Bakers email yesterday midday.Has anyone had issues with the Bakers VI provider not sending the link?
yep just got it too! their email said we'd get it same day so was confused when i didntI just got mine after getting my Bakers email yesterday midday.
I got a PFO on 18 April - did my test 11 Feb. Honestly, I've always had a bad experience with their graduate recruitment. Given how long we spend on these apps and how large the firm is, I think it's quite unfair to keep us waiting that long. I hope you do hear back soon but there are plenty of other firms who won't take your time or application for granted.Has anyone had any comms from HogLov at all? It's been shy of 3 months since their deadline, and over 3 months since most of us applied. From what I can see there are no PFOs OR invites to AC?
I think they are still recruiting for a key role in their GR team which has been open since the start of the year - if that is the case, it could be one of the key reasons for the delay.I got a PFO on 18 April - did my test 11 Feb.
