Hi everyone, I’ve been reading this discussion and it has been very helpful. So thank you!

I am facing a problem with the Education section of the form.

In the education section, I chose 'other' for both 14-16 and 16-18 exams. I also filled out the subjects and grades for each. However, the form does not auto-save when I move to the next section. When I return to the education page, the subjects and grades details for both exams are lost.

Can someone help with this please?

I had this problem and after emailing the firm, I was advised to try a different browser. This was a couple months' back, but I think it was Firefox/Chrome that worked better.

Thanks. I had written to them a few data ago, awaiting reply.

I rechecked again and it seems the input is saved while navigating the form. However once I ‘complete’ and return to it again, the input disappears. All other details remain.

Also on the Capp test, my strengths are ‘working with others’ and ‘respect’ while weakness is ‘leadership preference’. I’m not sure what to make of it to be honest.

maybe try and give them a call instead.

wouldn’t worry about the Capp test - everyone is going to have strengths and weaknesses.

Also try the following:

- clear your cache
- Male sure you haven’t copied and pasted any information in that might have a quirky character in it. Sometimes this can stop the system saving things (like ampersands/amlauts)

With the Capp test, all the attributes are judged against their agile mindset framework, so they are all important. It’s more the score that matters. Your lowest score could still be higher than someone’s highest score, so the result is purely for you to highlight your strengths and weaknesses individual to you. They then use whatever numbers that translate into to compare you to the other candidates to decide if they will or will not invite you to an AC.

Thank you!

no problem and good luck with your application.

Also, it might be worth mentioning for everyone applying for the direct TC that there is a chance they might be a bit slower than usual in getting back to applicants. Their first virtual VS starts in less than 2 weeks, which presumably involves a lot of planning for the grad rec team. This is just a guess, but just in case anyone is worried about when they’ll hearing back!

The Capp assessment consists of 7 different modules each based on a different "deal/situation". Its an SJT: you basically are given a scenario with different options and you have to rank what you would do (e.g. your friend is struggling with a task but ur given a new task by ur principal, would u help the friend, tell them u cant and focus on the task etc.). There are also more general questions about the type of person that you are (E.g. do it perfectly but miss the deadline vs. submit with mistakes but meet the deadline) and you basically answer these questions using a slide bar. There is no time-limit and no way to prepare for this: its literally based on who you are but bear in mind the AGILE framework to make sure that your answers align with LL's "expectations".

As for the WG everyone has to pass it and you can request your results after having passed it. Let me know if you have any more questions!
Hi when inputting your answers with the slide bar, there are two options on either side. Do you need to slide to either of those two options or can you put the slider in the middle position too?

Also will the the Capp report instantly be sent to you or do you have to request it ?

i can’t answer the first bit, but I received my report the next day together with a separate holding email that my application is under review. Then received the email with my application outcome a month later.

Hi guys,

After submitting the WG test and requesting for the score via email, how long did it take for graduate recruitment to get back to you?

it depends on how busy they are. A day? A week? Like I said before, their first virtual VS starts in a week, so they might be busy organising that and may consequently take a bit longer. I have received responses from them two hours later and 5 days later, so it all depends. Apologies if that’s not particularly helpful

Its up to you to decide how much you want to slide! It depends on how much you agree with the statement. The Capp report is sent automatically but you have to request the WG report! Hope this helps!

Hi everyone, has anyone applied before and know what the time frame is for hearing back?

I applied at the beginning of December last year and heard back in January, so it took about 1.5 months with the holidays in between. They do hire the majority of their trainees from their VS though and they are running 3, with the first one starting on Monday. My best guess is that they will start responding to applicants after the first VS when they have a better idea of how many places there are left and also have the bulk of the prep work for this out of the way.
