Yes, although the supervisor is unlikely to be able to provide you with a reference - these things typically have to go through HR in law firms, so you should check with them that they are able and happy to provide you with the reference first.

Yes - you aren’t expected to attend events and they are unlikely to cross reference the data between events anyway, so i wouldn’t worry if you didn’t register or didn’t turn up.
I’d try to make sure it is balanced to ensure it answers the question, but I don’t think it needs to be 50/50. Remember with your weaknesses to frame them more as development points and show how you are trying to develop them though.
Yes - it is quite a common commercial story for people to talk about. Given this, try to find a specific story within it, rather than talking about it as a general trend. ESG is a very broad topic and finding a more specific story within it is likely to make your application more unique/stand out from the crowd.
They are hosting 2 workshops, one is for graduates and the other one is called the Non-law workshop.
I’d just choose it as if you have completed your degree then. I’d probably check with the firm as to whether they consider you a non law student though.
Personally I would avoid word for word - I would try to find either different examples or try to put a different spin on what you are saying if you are using the same evidence/rationale. There is a significant risk that you come across as one dimensional if your answers are literally like reading your application form aloud.
