I wouldn't worry!!! I applied to them VERY early, I'd say it took them at least a month for them to give me the WG. They're probably inundated with apps right now!

Thanks! I guess they have set dates throughout the application cycle where they respond back to applications. Hopefully, it won't be too long!

When did you hear from Mishcon? And was this London for Eversheds?

It was London for Eversheds, yep. I initially heard from Mishcon with a VI invitation around... the 20th of December, I think? I remember I did the VI on Christmas Eve. I've just heard back following the VI today!

I completed it on my phone! Theres not a lot you can do to practice for it. And yes I had 2 weeks!

I applied to Willkie in early October, did my VI in mid October and got invited to AC part 1 (written exercise) in October. I recently got an email that the written exercise will not be taking place until February ("within 4 weeks"). You'll be fine- send in your application.

Has anybody heard back from Stephenson Harwood or Ashurst?

I applied for Stephenson's winter scheme at the start of November and mid-December I had an update that I was unsuccessful, but I am still being considered for spring/summer. I've not heard anything since so I'm assuming the worst now.

When you do an interview and totally flunk it 😩

You honestly never know! I have definitely had interviews where i thought they went better than they had and those I thought I had messed up but thankfully hadn't. Sometimes the things we labour over in our minds will barely have registered with the interviewers so try not to worry and cause yourself any unnecessary tension. Regardless of the outcome, all interviews are a great learning experience as well.

Nope! I did the WG for Freshfields Summer VS on December 13th and haven't heard back yet!

I haven't received anything but it seems most people who have heard back did their VI's in December so maybe they're going chronologically
