I don't think there's a hard and fast rule because some firms still progress candidates that have applied in the last week even if they're rolling. However, if i were in your position I would apply for the spring or summer scheme to ensure the odds are in your favour.
yep, I second this so much. Application writing is definitely a skill that you can keep improving and refining the more applications you submit. See every 'failure' or unsuccessful application as taking you one step closer to a TC!
hey, I applied like a week and a half ago. I think they might take a bit of time to get back because they're currently hosting their summer vac scheme students so grad rec is busy
Does anyone know how long Slaughters usually takes to get back to candidates post-application? I read somewhere they conduct interviews in July but just wanted to fact-check?
