    Usually phone calls are only for good news, I think it would be pretty cruel of them to call you to tell you they don't want you lol. But whether it's a phone call or email, that's dependent on the firm.

    Restrictions aren't as tight in the UAE at the moment, so I would assume they are expecting in-person hopefully. But you should email them to get a definite answer.

    I'm not doing it but could offer advice? I'd say demonstrate skills such as emotional intelligence, being able to adapt your communication style, your ability to keep that information confidential, your caution (being precise). Any example from extra-curriculars/work etc. will be fine, as usual.

    Practice your answers in 1m30s - that will prepare you. Research the firm's unique points e.g. international strategy, top practice areas, overseas seat etc. Treat it as you're speaking to a person - pace your speaking and maintain eye contact with camera. It only took me about 8-10 minutes...
