I know their minimum degree classification requirement is a 2.1, but does Milbank realistically recruit candidates with 2.1's? A look at LinkedIn shows that whilst they don't seem to be Oxbridge fixated like Davis Polk and S&C, most of their current trainees have high firsts.

Agreed, I always end up second-guessing what I have put in SJT questions, as barely any context is ever given.
& yes, leadership was one of my strengths, and surely, like inclusion, leadership requires the ability to collaborate... Oh well!
Sometimes these processes seem arbitrary.

Just had a look through my feedback report from Akin and it states that one of my weak points is collaborating.
When you lot are answering SJT questions of a sliding scale and it says would you work best working alone or collaborating, what do you put.
I put the slider directly in the middle...
It's an amended Watson Glaser test, it does explain itself in the instructions.
I would offer advice, however, I haven't heard back since I took it over a month ago, so my advice probably wouldn't be the best to take heed of... lol
Is attaching a blind CV indicative of removing both the names of the workplaces and academic institutions, or does it solely mean removing the academic names?

Do formal cover letters, where you are sending them to the firm, with a CV in an email, require the normal cover letter formalities (date, address, FAO etc)? Or, can you just jump straight into 'Dear Hiring Manager,'
