    Hi Gemma, Just wondering if there are any ways you'd recommend applicants can prepare for the written exercise, apart from reading the FT or business pages of a broadsheet. Also, is the written exercise purely commercial, or does it have legal elements as well? Thanks in advance!

    For me, its middle of the range I'd say. Large to me would be 50 plus and small would be anything from 2-15.
