Do you mean interview with partners, associates or graduate recruitment right? If so, yes, you are expected to ask questions at the end. If you mean a classic video interview then no.
In terms of questions, it really depends on you and what you want to know about the firm or the interviewers...

It depends on the law firm to be honest, with some law firms I heard back two hours after, some people 2 weeks after the final interview with other firms so it is very firm dependent I would say.
But realistically, 1/2 weeks on average I think.
