I am also in your positions. I am applying to graduate schemes. It is hard to put effort into applying to other careers I have no desire for. I have looked at compliance and risk mainly. Commercial roles within banks.

Agreed. However, they read apps as they came in and made decisions. I spoke to graduate recruitment personally. Seeing as the person who got the written exercise applied 2 days before the deadline I’d like to hope for my sake they don’t review them in date order.
