    I’m not either of them but I went to an event and spoke to them. I’d say still apply they’ll still look at your application and treat it the same as if you applied on the first day.

    Working days = Monday - Friday I would say you have until Thursday 24th next week. Not sure if they’d count the date they sent it as a working date. I’d submit by Tuesday 22nd to be safe.
