Based on last year’s forum, interview invites were being sent out from mid Feb to March. 🙂

Hi guys, does anyone know what a GCA (General Cognitive Ability) Interview is and how should I prepare for it?

SJT + some WG style questions + long attention to detail test (detecting spelling and grammar mistakes). It’s just long.

I did mine yesterday afternoon and haven’t received a feedback report or an email confirming whether I reached the benchmark or not. The email does say we should hear back by Thursday next week. Best of luck!
