Not sure what’s funny or amusing about people needing reasonable adjustments or struggling with navigating the application cycle. Likewise not sure what is funny about people getting PFO’s.

@Jessica Booker i'm an international student and i managed to secure a spring vac scheme; assuming I successfully convert it, when i apply for the extension of my visa, do i apply for the student one (as i will be studying my SQE 1+2) or do i apply for the skilled worker one (as the firm will be sponsoring the course)

You will be on a student visa as you are not working until your TC starts.
