Register HereThis is helpful, thank you. Although this sounds really appealing, a part of me really wants to keep pushing because I really really want this. Thank you for this! I hope the process gets slightly easier for us soon.I feel the same way, honestly. You can always take a break. 2021-22 - I didn't apply at all. It's not a rejection yet though. Morgan Lewis only started replying recently.

Hey I'm so sorry to hear that. Don't give up though I also go to a NRG uni and understand where you are coming from. Have you tried any other mentor schemes I would really recommend Aspiring Solicitors they have amazing schemes. In the past I've also just reached out to my uni alumni on LinkedIn who are working at London city firms and asked them if they had the time to be my mentor. A lot of them are very helpful and not so scary once you get to know them. They can read your past applications for you or just give you general tips and advice catered to you.that’s my cycle over everyoneso gutted, i made it past the app stages for Baker McKenzie and Reed Smith but the online tests did not go well for me. As for the other places, I really worked on my apps but it wasn’t enough. My imposter syndrome put me off applying to US firms because I went to a NRG uni. Applied for a mentor about six months ago but did not get one. Aghshshhs I’ve had such a rubbish day omg no one to turn to!
Congrats, when did you submit VI?I have Forsters AC coming up! does anyone know what each part entails? there is a written exercise, group exercise and interview.

It is a pretty relaxed AC compared to others I have had. When you arrive be very proactive and get to know everyone because they might end up in your group. It's better to have already built that sort of rapport beforehand so it makes the group exercise less daunting! Written exercise was an email of a client enquiry about one of their practices. Make sure that you know about their strengths and key practice areas because you will 100% be tested upon this in both the written exercise and interview. In the group exercise we were given a topic to present on with key PESTLE factors to be considered. I did mine last year so I'm not sure if it has changed since but thats my general advice! Also got a Forsters AC! Any advice would be much appreciated![]()
This is the highest score I think I’ve seen on the forum so far! Congrats 🥳Got 6459 on the PW test, high numerical and verbal, why was that so hard 🥲
thank you! actually hope we all make it to the virtual AC, the test was SOO hardThis is the highest score I think I’ve seen on the forum so far! Congrats 🥳
Hopefully. I think they will assess applications alongside test scores. Not sure if they will take into account each individual pillar or just consider the overall ‘score’. I got 7566 in them so hoping that is okay. I think our scores add up to 24/36 which is 66-67%. 🙂thank you! actually hope we all make it to the virtual AC, the test was SOO hard
