I have an interview/AC coming up next week.

The firm don't know that after submitting my app I have started working in the same city as them and at an equally sized rival - I am looking forward to telling them at interview!

My Question is should I tell them about a vacation scheme I have accepted later in the summer? - I am anticipating a question along the lines of 'have you applied elsewhere?'

It’s certainly their main thing but they do other funds work as well. They are full service in the US but I’m not sure how much exposure you’d get to different areas in London.

I have an assessment centre with company A, i applied in december.

I work at company B, I joined in february. In the same city, both A and B are national/city firms.

I have a vac scheme in the summer for Firm C - this firm is also a national/city firm.

Company A do not know I have moved to the area, and work for their competitor. I think when I tell them this at interview it will sound good.

My question was, should I also tell firm A about my vacation scheme with Firm C that i have in the summer? Im guessing they will ask at interview/AC whether or not i have applied elsewhere.

Had a pretty rough day yesterday and got two PFOs post application in the space of an hour. One was for the firm I actually work at, feeling pretty deflated as I walk into work this morning and have to put on a brave face😔😔does anyone know if there is a list anywhere of firms with deadlines still to close for Manchester or Liverpool please? I tried legal cheek but there was a few firms missing. Any help or general advice would be appreciated.

Are the inital tests for Mayer Brown (VRT AND SJT) automatic? I applied over a month ago and have been sent nothing. This is for direct TC. Would anyone suggets emailing GR team?

I am on the same boat. From what I gathered the tests are automatic, but they sent them out manually and they still havent finished recruiting for their summer vac scheme, hence the delay in sending them out.
