Hi Roland,

Not sure whether you have done this VI or not but I did it last night. Its basically just situational judgement style questions such as "you have lots of deadlines for tomorrow but aren't able to complete them all, what do you do?". You have 3 minutes to prepare your answers and a minute and a half to speak. Its not particularly difficult, its just common sense. Hope that helps.

I've also done it and you're right - not particularly difficult and common sense goes a long way. For those who are wondering, there are 4 questions each assessing your thinking style, getting things done, solving challenges, and interacting with others.

I heard back from BCLP on Tuesday the 22nd of Jan after completing the Vac scheme assesment centre on the 10th of Jan. Have been offered a space on the summer Vac scheme!
