This has never come up for me. Quite literally *never* come up and I graduated a while ago.
Caveat: Everything I did since graduating is clearly stated in my CV so perhaps they see a clear trajectory? Not sure.
I have just received a VS offer. They ask about any reasonable adjustments I might need. I have Aspergers. I have never been on a vac scheme so not sure about the format and so not sure what adjustments might be needed (I'd likely know once I start the scheme and have reflected on my experience...

did this early 2023. the questions were mostly motivational/ competency based questions if I remember correctly. two questions in total. a tip I'd give is to expect questions with many parts; the parts really could have been questions on their own. that threw me off then and was rather unexpected.
