Does anyone know which of the US elite firms recruit on a rolling basis for VS? I've seen that Willkie and Cleary do but a lot of the others don't seem to say and have pretty sparse UK careers information compared to UK/global firms.

Do you mean as part of the AC? I know they have the WG test as part of the application process and completed it when applying but was asking if you have to do a (repeat) WG test on the day of the AC
