I'd say yes because firms probably would find it odd for you to be giving 2 totally contradicting viewpoints. I'd just reiterate the reason itself, and maybe expand on it and bring in other aspects.

I actually received an email from HireVue with the VI link a couple of minutes before the email from PwC saying I will receive the link 'shortly', so I'd probably contact the grad recruitment team :)

I've had similar doubts! I feel like because the cover letter is only 500 words, it's better to focus on why law and why MB, and then for the second question involving 'roles of responsibility, interests, extra-curricular activities', make sure to link back what transferrable skills you've...
