Does anyone have a rough idea of when HL normally gets back to applicants (gleaned through experience of applying before or through conversation with grad rec)?
I mean it's not unusual to have the option to take half a day off if required. Trust me, no one will suspect you are interviewing for other roles just because you have a singular day off!
They don't usually ask. However, if someone is to ask an innocuous question like 'up to anything fun?', I usually reply with a fictitious hospital appointment.
