    Absolutely. I did this for White & Case and got to interview so I think it's useful to break things up with headings. Lawyers will often skim read things because time is money (among other things) so accessible formats have a lot of currency.

    HSF uses a psychometric test snd SJT for a *checks notes* Social Mobility Open Day. That doesn’t seem very socially mobile or open of them. It’s possible to get a VS and TC without passing these tests, and I’ve never got a VS that uses them. I’m ok with firms that don’t outsource their testing...
