I've got a mid 2:1 and interviewed at a range of SC/MC/US Firms. Even JD which I believe says they look for a "high 2:1".
If you're interested its worth applying, I nearly didn't apply to JD because of those concerns, yet I got an interview.
I wrote about my legal work experience in there and they progressed me to AC. I think its just a really flexible question where you sell yourself/your motivations with whatever you want.
I had a meeting with HL recruiter last year, and they directly said that after about the middle of October competition increases and the "any additional information you would like to tell us" essentially goes from optional to mandatory to distinguish between applicants. Just smth to bear in mind.
Definitely do not email them, they might not even notice the mistake.

For writing a memo, if I'm trying to address multiple separate topics is it appropriate to use numbered bullet points in the executive summary to summarise each key topic. Also, when addressing each topic in depth is it appropriate to use numbered points again, or should I be writing in full...
Hi guys, I need to provide academic certificates/transcripts as proof of qualifications prior to my AC. Do they usually accept "candidate statement of marks" instead of the official certificates?
