    I think that until you do not receive a response it is still good news so I would not worry unless you received an outright rejections! I know it is easier said than done but there is nothing you can do at this stage to prevent this from happening unfortunately!

    If they do not have a policy where you cannot apply I think they you can, especially because usually law firms do not want you to reapply if you have been invited to assessment centre. So, in my opinion, you can apply this year!

    It is firm specific so to know this for sure I would contact someone who did the vacation scheme at your same firm so you have a more appropriate response. However, generally it can vary from hearing back on the last day of the vacation scheme to a month and a half after the scheme.
