    I’ve got no idea. Mine doesn't have a green checked mark on it so it might mean that you’ve passed, but it might just be for them to signal which applications they have reviewed so they know which ones they haven’t reviewed?

    Do A&O recruit mainly from their vac scheme? I wasn’t able to apply due to work constraints so applying for the direct TC but won’t bother if they won’t even consider anyone outside the vac schemes
