Just received withers strengths based obline assessment, had anyone completed this and proceeded to the next stage?

Any chance could someone give me some advice or what values are withers looking for.

Thanks so much!
Hi @jlin111222333 while I do not have specific information about Withers' strengths based assessment, I know it is generally a good idea to consider the firm's values when choosing between plausible options. While I have not found any explicit statement from Withers about their values, having taken a look at different parts of their website where they describe themselves, I think the following paragraph is illustrative:

"We are united in our commitment to integrity, quality and collaboration. We have a culture of high performance and deliver excellent service consistently across the firm. We provide tailored solutions built on trust and partner with our clients to achieve their goals".

From this, I think we can infer the following central values you should keep in mind:
  • Integrity
  • Excellence
  • Collaboration
  • Client service

Hi when did you receive the assessment? How long after submitting the application did they inform you about next steps?
