Hi! I have a place on the Withers vac scheme at the end of April. V excited for it, also v keen to convert the VS into a TC. Can anyone who's been through the process or with knowledge of the process give any advice on how it's assessed, what they look for in VS interns, etc.? Especially keen to hear what gives you the best chance of converting the VS into a TC. Thanks
