They may contact referees to expedite the process should they offer you a TC. Don't get yourself wound up or you'll end up overthinking everything. I'm rooting for you and hope that you hear back soon with a positive outcome.
When I was booking my interview I do remember slots going quite a bit into March. I'm hoping this isn't the case otherwise I think we'll be waiting a while!
I wonder if that many people even took the TC interview bc I remember there being loads of people with rlly varied experiences.
My interviewers said I would hear back within one / two weeks as they had interviews to carry out this week.
Good point! I also participated in the winter workshop and, from my LinkedIn and forums, I feel that a low number of the workshop participants opted for the interview.

I got offered the TC yesterday!
The offer was 8 days after my interview but I’m pretty sure it all depends on when your partner is free
