What I find odd is that some people have had rejections from Withers and some have already interviewed..

I still haven’t heard from first stage interview and I am now seeing offers (I assume after second stage?) so quite confusing!

got my rejection from Withers a couple of days ago and Pennington today - not the greatest start to the weekend!
