Of course.

Thank you very much for completing both the Situation Strengths Test and Video interview. We appreciate these tasks take up a considerable amount of time and effort.

We feel you have excelled in all aspects of your application and we would consequently like to invite you to an Assessment Day for the Birmingham SQE Training Programme 2021 - Healthcare. This will be taking place virtually on Friday 9 April 2021 at 2pm and will include a series of assessment exercises, as well as a chance for you to learn more about our roles and organisation.

Our assessment centre will be taking place on the platform you used to undertake the Situational Strengths Test, please do use the account details you used to access this (a link will be sent to you shortly to ask you to login).

On the day of your Assessment Centre, you will require the following:

•A desktop or laptop computer, with a working webcam and microphone
•A stable Internet connection
•The latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Opera internet browsers
•The free Microsoft Teams software installed on your desktop or laptop; please install it well ahead of the day and let us know if you encounter any obstacles, so that we can support you
•Please disable any pop-up blockers before you begin the assessment
•Where possible, please ensure you are in a quiet location where you will not be disturbed, so you can focus on the assessment and do your best
•Consider what is behind your seat on the day, and ensure you are in a physical space where you feel comfortable seeing us and for us to see you

We actively encourage applications from a diverse talent pool. Should you need any adjustments to be made for you to allow you to fully participate in the recruitment process for this role, please flag at the earliest opportunity by replying to this email so that we can discuss with you further.

Following the assessment day you will be invited to attend a strengths based interview via Microsoft Teams, please note, it will be unlikely that this will be on the same day as the assessment centre. These interviews will be taking place on Microsoft Teams.

Prior to the assessment day

Please can we ask you to send over a copy of your passport to [email protected].

Virtual Work Experience Programme
If you haven’t done so already, we strongly recommend in you completing our Virtual Work Experience programme prior to the assessment day, as the format of the exercises you will be asked to undertake are very similar to the modules you are asked to complete during this programme.

We will shortly be setting you up on the system and will send you a more detailed email, with a timetable of the assessment centre, Microsoft Teams details and further information on when the interview is arranged for and who you will be meeting with.

Data Protection: Please note that your application data and assessment results will be stored for a period of time, which complies with the requirements of employment and data protection legislation. Your attendance at the assessment day constitutes your agreement to this.

Please respond to this email to confirm your attendance - we look forward to meeting you.

Kind regards
Kennedys Early Careers Team

    Congrats!

I got the same email but for Birmingham Professional Liability, and at 9:30am on 9th April!

I wonder if it is going to be a series of video interviews and assessments to do, or whether like a normal assessment day there will be group activities/ people to interact with on the other side? I feel as if the e-mail hasnt given as much away as I would've liked
