What is the best way to structure an answer to this?
I think this is a good place to bring in working in groups and instances where you have had to compromise in order to propel the vision and aims of the group forward. As @Jessica Booker said bringing in STAR and walking your interviewer through your change in perspective about your views and why you felt you needed to soften/compromise on them will be beneficial.How would anyone handle this interview question - tell us about a time you compromised your views.
