Hi @selfcarequeenzzz1, thank you for posting your question! I think these articles below are good to gain some initial knowledge about where you can start from get into human rights law.
If you're at uni, I'd recommend booking in a session with your careers service or contacting a human rights law professor on staff for a 1-1 chat about how you can get a foot in the door. I'd also recommend going a human rights law oriented society if there is one.

If you're not at uni, starting with these articles and then doing some research on human rights law firms or volunteer centres near you that you can apply to for some work experience may help. You could try looking for some people on LinkedIn in the field who post regular about human rights careers to get a better idea of what working in this field looks like.
