Hi, I’ve been invited to an assessment day at Clifford Chance for their spark scheme. Does anyone have any tips ? I’m concerned about the case study element as I’ve never done anything like this before and don’t have much legal knowledge. Thank you!

Hey there,

The fact you don‘t have much legal knowledge is totally fine. In fact, you are not expected to have much as a first-year law/second year non-law student anyway. A large part of the AC will be business-related, and testing your commercial awareness. You will also likely be tested on your passion for the field, the firm, and any SJT (strength-based), aspects too. I have linked some posts to help you on this.

Best of luck on the AC…!!!
