loool they're the worst at replying. they send rejection emails a week before the vac scheme starts

I applied 2 weeks ago and they said they would let me know after the December holidays - which had already happened!

Did you never chase it up? Are they rolling?

In Travers' defence, they are a 3 person team who reads over 2,000 applications per year for vac schemes and TCs... that said, every other firm seems to manage to at least give you an update and run ACs in January etc. ...

Lucky in the sense that you positively heard back from them! When I chased them up they said "please bear with us or something cos we have lots of things to do and the firm's quite short-staffed"

Meh, I say employ more people.

On the other hand, the application is a nice one, and with no tests/VI. That's always appreciated.
