Hey all,

Please find attached the second case study, you'll note that it's a fair bit chunkier than the last one.

This case study mirrors the style of a real written exercise I had during an assessment centre. It's testing, among others, your ability to analyse large quantities of information, structure your writing and form an opinion.

Kindly note, unfortunately we lack the capacity to provide individualised feedback any more, but you can find a sample points to note within our M&A Course.

Good luck!

Jaysen
I would love to see a written answer to this question, or the structure that I could use to answer any M&A case study.
What is the best structure ?

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Then SWOT for each potential acquisition?

That seems too basic...

as for this mock case study, who would the report be addressed to? I find this report style quite tough. is this report targeted at Champtons to tell them our findings + my thoughts on which is better fit? or is it targeted at the partner on the case from my firm, so he can use it in the meeting? Thanks in advance

Any case studies of this nature would make it clear who you would need to write a report for. This could be a partner in one example and a client in the next, but the instructions or content would give you a direction of who your audience is.
