Can you apply to a Weil TC if you got rejected for a VS?

Hi, I can't really find info on whether Weil allows you to apply twice in the same application cycle. Does anyone know? Thanks

From their website: If you are unsuccessful during the application process, we encourage you to wait a year before reapplying and spend some time improving your application.

Technically you can reapply but it’s going to be exceptionally rare for those waiting less than a year to be successful the next time around.
