Tbh I'd call them again and say that it seems incredibly unfair that my application is disadvantaged because of a technical issue outside of my control or something along those lines. Why on earth could they not send you another link?!?Thanks, no they didn't say why they just said, unfortunately, there is nothing they can do. And asked me to send the screenshot again so they can pass it to IT to flag it for future issues (or something along those lines). I was shocked so I just said thanks I'll email it. I've asked in the email if it means I can't reapply for a year too.
