    I think, as i said above, this is for recruiters to get a sense of which areas you lean into, im not sure if its possible to get a perfect score for the traits section. I would assume they look for the weaknesses suggested by this section and then see if they are shown as strengths elsewhere.

    These people spend a lot of money making sure their websites reflect them, my logic is go see what they want you to notice, act like a client, and dont assume something isn't worth mentioning, if its up there then there is probably a reason for it.
