I guess there’s no harm in checking, I emailed on 6/10 to ask whether I could apply for the winter vac scheme as I hadn’t heard back and didn’t get a reply. But I got the rejection on 31/10, so maybe that was their response
I eventually got a pfo in late October. I’m not sure if you could still be on hold, but when I spoke to grad rec at a uni event they said something like 2 people were recruited in that window and that it was really competitive.
There's no limit, but at the legal cheek law fair they said to keep in mind that being able to write concisely is an important skill for lawyers 😅 so I guess try not to waffle
I waited almost 3 weeks for the adjustments to be put in, they don’t have a contact number so I just sent a follow up email after a bit.
Not sure if you’ve already done this but if you sign up to the video interview platform, there’s a section to fill in about adjustments too, I didn’t realise...

As far as I’m aware DLA doesn’t ask for a cover letter, what vacancy are you applying for?
From my experience last year, it seems they deal mostly with the training contract applications first, I think most people had summer scheme interviews from January (maybe late December, don’t fully remember)
