Can't say for certain but they have a small grad rec. team and they read each application. I don't think they've sent *all* the WG invitations yesterday. Also many won't progress past WG so they may invite more people because of that anyway? They also increased their trainee intake this year.
First of all, 'reverse' racism fails to address the *power* dynamic. Power is the keyword here. I do think it is interesting that the people who are so outspoken about 'reverse' racism are the same ones who tend to minimise the historical context and its implications in the present and future...
Care to share some sources? Even law firms admit that they have an issue with lack of diversity and inclusion. Even when they may hire people from diverse backgrounds, there are issues with retention which says a lot about how superficial some firms' efforts have been.
Has anyone used any informal language (unintendedly) during an interview and progressed to the next stage? I said 'you know' twice or more during my RS VI. 🥲
