Thank you, Jessica. Yes, thankfully rental agreement is in my name. Even though it doesn't figure in Skadden's list of documents, I am requesting them to accept it if I get the VS. Yes, I will visit the bank branch even though friends have warned me to expect a PFO :)- LawyerInMaking
