Has anyone done the Eversheds question about delivering a piece of work where quality was important? Last year I wrote about a waitressing shift I did but that was in July 2019 so a while ago and I also wanted to have a whole new answer this year. Would talking about a uni essay be enough for this?
Does anyone know if Eversheds let you apply in the next cycle if you were rejected at AC? I know some firms don't but I can't find anything on their website that says anything either way
I just did my Simmons VI and it was actually so bad I just want to crawl into a hole... I want to cry thinking that someone from grad rec will actually be watching that lol. Also even though it was quite simple I just couldn't get my head around the written exercise and how to actually do it so...
I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure this is a contextual thing? In the same way that they ask whether you're first gen uni/worked part time in A-Levels etc. I really doubt they'd ever use it against you!
Is it likely that firms will have already filled ACs if they recruit on a rolling basis? E.g., if their applications close next week and they only have around 10 VS spots, are they likely to have filled all of these/all the ACs already?

For work experience with a word limit of 150, should you just stick to talking about your duties/responsibilities or talk about skills it's given you? E.g., should I write that I serve customers etc which helps with my communication or just stick to explaining the serving?
Does anyone have any tips for the Simmons app? I'm finding it hard to make my app interesting when it's so open ended in the 250 word Q. Also, for the work experience section, should I be writing about what I learnt (e.g., saying I improved my communication skills from a customer facing role)...
