I would tell the first firm that you are awaiting outcome of another interview and you would like additional time to consider the offer. In fact, I did that when I had an offer from one firm and was waitiing for the outcome of an interview with another firm, it was all good :)

Hi everyone, I thought this day would never come, but, after 30 rejections post app, 3 failed WGs, 4 rejections post video interview, one rejection due to cancelled recruitment and one failed AC, I’ve been offered a TC at an international firm in London. Never give up guys.
I just had my TI with Dentons and wanted to find you if it’s ok if I talked a lot during that interview (like 5-6 mins per question) because I feel like the lady did not ask all questions because of me talking. Had to share because #overthinkingmuch
It's fairly straightforward. Prepare for: why commercial law, why dentons, why this office, what are dentons' competitive advantages, who are dentons' biggest rivals etc.
Dentons TI (I got the invitation 5h after the WG). This is my second TI with Dentons after I did very well back in 2020, but the firm decided to cancel TCs that year because of Covid and just told me to reapply :D ups and downs
Wouldn't this involve corporate finance and possibly debt shifting (as companies often rely on the bias towards debt in the majority of tax systems as well as on interest deductibility in order to minimise their income liabilities, i.e. payments on interest can be deducted from taxable profits...
