One thought i had is that there could be some sort of quick run through and scoring of all applications when non-rolling, which probably results in a lot of people being caught in the middle (ie good but not automatically over the line); hence time it is taking for them to re-review and score...- BC2000

Just to advise but having submitted at this time last year it really is imperative to get your application in ASAP. They ran out of Winter Vac scheme places by mid-October last year; they will transfer you to spring and summer but just be aware of this likelhood.- BC2000
