I would say that law firms can help PE clients through the speed of service, the creation of novel and tax-efficient deal structures (it is the law firm that does this rather than the PE firm who look at what companies to buy) and through their expertise at structuring multiple unique deals...- Daniel Boden

A Level Equivalents
If that's the case and they've got an IB equivalent I would presume they will go off the UCAS point equivalent so don't stress pal! What's the firm or what kind of firm i.e. US/Magic Circle/Silver Circle/National etc. is it if you'd rather not give the name? I agree - you're probably just being...- Daniel Boden

Law firms tend to go by a A level and the equivalent UCAS points when listing a level requirements. Just a question though, surely they would have seen your grades during the process as you have to declare them on the application form??
