    Sorry for the confusion! I am not sure why they expressly say finalists and graduates on their website, but then tell candidates that penultimate students with their second year results can apply. Perhaps because you are considered a finalist once you have your results!

    Same intake, but the two cycles are for different candidates. The summer intake is just for law finalists and graduates, the winter intake is for everybody else but law graduates could apply for that too.

    I would definitely email them if I was you. The winter cycle closed on the 30th January, the cycle we are currently in opened on the 1st June so we can't be applying for the same cycle.
