    According to their website, CMS says that a successful two weeks on their Insight Scheme may mean one is invited to an assessment centre for a training contract. Any idea what the chances are of this happening or is their Insight Scheme rather unassociated with a training contract?

    I have the same thing, but if you look at the end of the application, it asks you to submit your preferred placement scheme dates - between winter, spring, summer 1 + 2.
