The reason for this, especially if the case settled or was private, is because they probably asked the company how much detail they were allowed to use about them for their credentials/marketing and the company didn't want their name released. It may actually be impossible to find out who they...
I went to loads of insight days in my third year of my law degree before getting my TC.i think they can be really instrumental in demonstrating your interest in a certain area of law or a certain firm. Not all firms offer insight days for non first years but I would say apply to any, and as...
The Lawyer/Law360 if you have a subscription - these are also lots of other free sites you might be able to find on Google that would cover this stuff. Also never discount the usefulness of law firm websites and law firm self published resources e.g. A&O publishing a news article on a deal one...
Personally, if you have any indication on the subject matter, I would try and find reports of deals on the FT or similar legal/financial news outlets and see if it talks about the challenges faced by the deal and try to put things in a commercial context, since imho a case study is probably...

And 2nd - many, many firms are very aware of the pandemics effect on students. Some unfortunately have continued being...
Just got a call from Wedlake Bell inviting me to an interview for their 2022 TC - couldn't take it because I've already accepted one but anyone who's waiting it's not a lost cause 🤣
In my AC where they said we had to have the camera on at all times in the instructions they let us turn it off for the written exercise so I'd say just follow what they say or ask on the day if you need clarification! It might depend on the person conducting it as well.
Obligatory not Jessica but what they're looking for is resilience and other skills they prioritise (snoop around online, theyve talked on websites like LegalCheek about their key competencies e.g. organisational skills) so it's fine as long as you show that, doesn't need to be personal
