This might be a stupid question but, is it necessarily a bad thing if i accidentally missed out a gcse grade on an application (just one) that i submitted? - i only just noticed
What are the best methods to research a law firm (for both specific and general info) or get a general perspective?
2bird and HL don't have a chambers student page sadly..
Debt capital finance and equity capital finance- these were the two areas they emphasised the most when i went to an open day. They market themselves as full service though.
a1- beginner, a2 pre-intermediate (so still beginner i guess) B1 & B2 are both classed as intermediate but B2 is perhaps pre-advanced, Advanced is C1 & 2 but most would consider C2 and beyond as fluent/native
ok that's fair, i'm just proofreading an application before sending and i was considering taking some bits out but, i noticed i had put it in a previous application...
This might be a stupid question but, i haven't had time to finish any applications until now (am i going to need to hold myself accountable). I've almost finished the White&Case one but is it worth submitting for the winter vs considering the date?
also, is 1k words too much for the cover...
This is my first time applying for vac schemes since 2020/1; I'm neither confident nor exceedingly hopeful, though... I wish I had discovered this forum back then.
Is anyone else interested in or going for White and Case? What do you think of the 'why you, why us, why law' style of application...
