    Is it normal for people to ghost you like that on Linkedin? Since getting the Mishcon AC I've sent a lot of messages to people who got the spring vacation scheme to find out more about the assessment centre etc. NO ONE REPLIED. 😭

    Shoosmiths PFO for the placement🥹 but at least they will still consider my app for a TC.. The email said “As you have also applied for a training contract, I will be in touch with you about the outcome of that application in April/May.”

    The third band (highest) for applied verbal intellect and numerical intellect. And then 3 for Grit, 9 for applied intellect, 6 for Creative force and 7 for Digital mindset. Not sure why that score for grit... I always try to take initiative and be proactive etc. I think it will highly depend on...

    At Osborne Clarke's AC, a senior associate told me my presentation was outstanding, one of the best they'd seen, and that I should feel proud of it —-> Fast forward a few days, and I got PFO'd – guess my presentation was so good, they thought I was too good to be a trainee🤣🤣🤣🤣
